Requirements for Competitors:
- All Students must be registered members of Stoa.
- Students must register a parent or other adult to judge at the tournament.
- Each Parli competitor is required to have a judge for at least two (2) parli rounds, including round 6.
- Each Team Policy or Lincoln Douglas competitor is required to provide a judge for at least three (3) rounds, including round 6.
- Students must have an adult chaperone who is 21 years or older.
